Remodeling Project Profile:
The original 2000 square foot soundfront saltbox was built in 1980 and subject to flooding. The remodel involved elevating the house and expanding to 5000 square feet with four master suites. The state-of-the-art design has “green” “aging in place” features and leading edge elements throughout: distributed audio/video/internet/security, programmable therapy shower systems, custom tile and slate baths, pet spa, magnificent gourmet kitchen, super efficient geothermal HVAC (30% tax credit-no cap-heats hot water for free!), wraparound decks with cable for unobstructed views, gym, theater, handicapped friendly, self-contained suite and more!
