From Kill Devil Hills, travel through Nags Head on 158 Bypass past Jockey’s Ridge State Park, and almost immediately past the traffic light at the Park, turn right onto Soundside Road and continue on Soundside as the road bears to the left; then continue past two more houses and the home is located across from the sound at #4023.
Remodeling Project Profile:
The old Epstein Ranch was moved from the oceanfront to its soundside location in the early 1980’s. Our remodel retains most of the 1918 vintage Nags Head look but updates all of the systems to the latest technology in insulation, mechanical systems, storm protection, flooring, cabinetry, appliances, and audio/video. With all LED lighting, 16 SEER HVAC, closed cell spray foam insulation, tankless water heater, and Anderson windows, this house is as “green” as they come in Nags Head.
