House Description:
25 years ago, a Ken Green constructed home sat on pilings on this very lot. As the owner’s family expanded over the years, it was time for a new, larger home. The old house was sold for $1.00 and was relocated north to Carova to live in. And so, construction began on the new 7 bedroom, 7 ½ bath home in December 2009. Features include a large, wide-open kitchen/dining/living room design at the top level for family gatherings.
