How to Participate:
- Entry Fee & Participation Agreement: Request a Builder Participation agreement from the OBHBA office and pay the Standard Entry Fee
- Builders: Must be a current member of the OBHBA in good standing and licensed General Contractor in North Carolina
- Houses: Must have Certificate of Occupancy as of January 1st, 2025
