It is my pleasure, on behalf of the Outer Banks Home Builders Association, to invite you to experience the 34th Annual Outer Banks Parade of Homes, taking place October 8–10 during one of the most beautiful times of year on the Outer Banks.
This year’s Parade promises to be an incredible showcase of the creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation that make our community so special. From Corolla to Powells Point, Manteo to Avon, the Parade offers an opportunity to explore an exciting collection of properties throughout our beautiful coastal communities.
You’ll discover 13 stunning new homes, each showcasing unique designs, finishes, building techniques, and ideas that can inspire your next project. This year’s Parade also features 3 exceptional remodels, demonstrating how thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can transform an existing home.
And for the first time, we are excited to shine a spotlight on 3 commercial remodels of some of the Outer Banks’ popular local businesses. These projects offer a behind-the-scenes look at how our talented builders and tradespeople are helping shape not only the places we call home, but also the businesses and gathering places that make the Outer Banks such a special destination.
The Parade of Homes is more than a tour of beautiful properties. It is a celebration of the builders, architects, designers, craftsmen, suppliers, and tradespeople whose hard work and dedication bring these projects to life. It is also an opportunity for homeowners, future homeowners, visitors, and anyone who loves great design to gather ideas, meet the professionals who make it happen, and discover what is possible.
