Builder Description
When the Kanes partnered with Sandmark Custom Homes, their goal was to transform a traditional beach cottage into a luxurious, spa-inspired retreat. Nearly every inch of the home was reimagined, including a new copper roof, siding, windows, decks, railings, and a completely redesigned interior. We enclosed the existing screened porch to expand the kitchen and added a pool house cabana, resort-style pool with an integrated hot tub and automatic cover, travertine patio, fire pit, fencing, lighting, landscaping for a thoughtfully designed outdoor living space. The result is a stunning coastal home designed for relaxation, entertaining and lasting memories.
