Matt and Rachel Neal
PO Box 637
Kill Devil Hills NC
Nestled amidst one of our favorite Kill Devil Hills side streets, 200 East Helga harkens back to classic Outer Banks style. Featuring unpainted red cedar shake siding, board and batten
accents, and exposed rafter tail porches, the exterior knits itself perfectly into the fabric of a coastal landscape. Inside, a traditional floor plan opens up to reveal the spacious kitchen with Shaker style cabinets, silestone counters, antique oak flooring, custom built-in furniture, and high wainscoting throughout. The floor plan boasts three master suites, two bunk rooms for the kids, and a private lounge on the second floor, as well as ample storage space for the owner. Equally suited for a second home or a rental property, come see what 200 East Helga has to offer.
