home1_poh2017 Starting from a farm house concept, Point of View rises from the Kitty Hawk dunes to capture the Atlantic from every angle. The exterior is clad in a blend of board and batten and lap siding, featuring subtle color tones, two porches, and a balcony deck that overlooks the shore below. Louvered lattice and canted fascia provide a clean finish to the design. Inside, hickory flooring, shaker cabinets, quartz counters, and abundant Nickel Gap wall cladding function as complementary elements. The traditional floor plan features four master suites, a bunk room, and a rec room, anchored by the expansive open concept kitchen/living/dining space with 9’ ceilings. The property also offers a landscaped pool area, accompanied by a private oceanfront dune deck. With this farm house concept, we invite you to share our Point of View.
