The additions and renovation to this home exemplify what can be accomplished when it’s time to retire an older rental house and provide a very comfortable home for year-round living. The goal was to increase the size of every room in the house, widen the stairwell, add 2 bedrooms, a game room, a poolside kitchen, 4 bathrooms, an elevator, decks on both levels, a swimming pool and much needed storage space. As you will see when you visit, we were wildly successful in achieving all of those goals!
Travel north on NC 12 toward Duck. Continue through the Town of Duck. Continue north and turn right onto Wampum Drive across from Kitty Hawk Kites and the house is third on the right.
