This 1,569 square foot custom home at the foot of Jockey’s Ridge State Park, was a blend of modern and classic Bohemian style to suit a local family of three. We were able to stay within a tight budget to build a solid, custom home with top end finishes, including a beautiful wrap around deck the family enjoys every evening. We focused on ensuring when we designed the interior space that it would be stylish as well as functional within 940 heated square feet. It was a pleasure to construct this beautiful home for such a great family, right here in the heart of the Outer Banks.

Joseph and Heather Trentzsch make up Premiere Coastal Contracting, a family-owned business based in Manteo. Joey learned the home building and renovation business from his father, growing up helping him on jobs, learning the ropes. In 2010, Joey and Heather started PCC, a licensed General Contractor specializing in large-scale renovations, additions, kitchen and bath renovations, window and door replacements and custom home building.No job is too big or small for PCC to handle. We pride ourselves on being a turn-key operation, from design to trim out.
